This week we followed some tutorials and deployed sample applications in order to learn Android. We used Hello World and Notepad tutorials which are available on Android‘s official website. We learned basics of an Android Application by analyzing the general structure and some code of the sample applications.

Additionally we have analyzed some server­side scripting technologies and frameworks which can be used for our project. We worked on Zend Framework which is a PHP framework. We have analyzed it because it has a Last.Fm API and it forces developers to use MVC architecture. And also we have done some works on Ruby on Rails which is a rapid web application development framework for Ruby language. We analyzed it because it is very popular among agile web application developers.

Requirement Analysis Report of MuzikMekan Project is uploaded to website.

• According to our mentor’s feedbacks we have done some corrections and additions to our Requirement Analysis Report’s project overview part.
• We have completed Requirement Analysis Report. We had already completed organizing it’s general structure and some parts of it, but important parts like Use Case Diagrams, Non­Functional Requirements and Project Schedule parts have been added to report this week and the report has finally been published.
• To write Requirement Analysis Report helped lots of thing. For instance, we have seen the details of the project more clearly and we have find the opportunity of making beneficial discussions about the future of the project.
• Additional marketing research has been done, especially [1] provided by our mentor has been investigated. The advantages and disadvantages of existent mobile social networks were indicated.
