Accreditation is broken.
It doesn't have to be.

Turkish universities preparing for MÜDEK accreditation navigate a fragmented, manual, and privacy-risky process — with no unified platform in sight.

Overwhelming Complexity

  • Hundreds of MÜDEK criteria, annexes, and forms — across multiple versions
  • A multi-stage workflow spanning months with no unified tracking system
  • Institutions, evaluators, and governance boards coordinating by e-mail
  • No structured way to link submitted evidence to specific programme outcomes

Serious Privacy Risks

  • Sensitive data — course outcomes, student records — uploaded as ZIP files to Google Drive
  • Evaluators receive open links: no access control, no audit trail, no expiry date
  • Data stored on foreign servers violates KVKK data sovereignty principles
  • Anyone with a shared link could access confidential accreditation data

What changes with AccrediX

Every pain point of the current process has a direct, structured solution in-platform.

Before AccrediX
After AccrediX
Evidence storage
ZIP files uploaded to Google Drive, shared via e-mail links
Structured Evidence Rooms on campus servers with version control
Application forms
Word / Excel templates filled and e-mailed back and forth
Digital forms with auto-validation, submitted in-platform
Access control
Anyone with a Drive link can access data — no expiry, no log
Role-scoped access with a full audit trail per action
Progress visibility
Status communicated by e-mail; no single source of truth
Real-time pipeline dashboard visible to all stakeholders
Decision records
Decisions sent by e-mail with no structured archiving
Formal decision records with archive and retention policy
Data sovereignty
Data on foreign cloud servers — KVKK compliance unclear
100% self-hosted; data never leaves the institution's servers

A release-ready accreditation operating system, not a document folder.

AccrediX is delivered as a Nextcloud application with a React frontend and a PHP service layer. The completed product supports institutions, evaluators, governance users, and admins through the full MÜDEK lifecycle: onboarding, application, evidence preparation, report generation, visit/evaluation work, board decision, and policy-backed archive.

AccrediX completion map Product stage: final senior project release
Institution workspace

Guided cycle dashboard, application packages, digital forms, BBO/FBO evidence rooms, and export-ready reports.

Evaluator workspace

Evaluation pipeline, findings support, evidence access, visit context, and controlled review surfaces.

Governance workspace

Team assignments, review controls, board pipelines, final decisions, retention-aware archive records.

Platform foundation

Nextcloud-native authentication, app-level RBAC, structured database entities, file storage, and bilingual UI.

Everything accreditation needs.
Nothing it doesn't.

AccrediX replaces the patchwork of e-mails, spreadsheets, and Drive folders with one coherent platform, covering every role and every stage.

Invitation-Only Onboarding

No open self-registration. Institutions join via reference codes and require admin approval — only verified participants enter the system.

Digital Application Forms

ÖDR and all MÜDEK annexes digitised in-platform. Structured forms with auto-validation replace error-prone Word templates entirely.

Evidence Rooms (BBO / FBO)

Department (BBO) and Faculty (FBO) level workspaces with role-based access. Structured evidence indexing per programme — no more scattered files across emails and Drive.

Guided Pipeline

Step-by-step workflow with contextual info cards at every stage. Applicants and evaluators always know exactly what's next — without reading hundreds of MÜDEK pages.

Real-Time Dashboard

Every stakeholder — institutions, evaluators, governance boards — sees live accreditation progress from a single dashboard. No more status e-mails.

Automated PDF Reports

Provisional Decision Forms, SBO reports, and archive documents are generated automatically from structured data — ready to export with one click.
