Engineering Accreditation Management Platform
The first end-to-end digital platform built exclusively for MÜDEK accreditation — replacing scattered emails, ZIP files, and privacy risks with a unified, self-hosted system your institution fully controls.
Application package, report, evidence, evaluation, decision, and archive stay connected.
Structured, role-scoped file preparation.
Official-form compatible output.
Nextcloud identity, storage, and audit control.
Turkish universities preparing for MÜDEK accreditation navigate a fragmented, manual, and privacy-risky process — with no unified platform in sight.
Every pain point of the current process has a direct, structured solution in-platform.
AccrediX is delivered as a Nextcloud application with a React frontend and a PHP service layer. The completed product supports institutions, evaluators, governance users, and admins through the full MÜDEK lifecycle: onboarding, application, evidence preparation, report generation, visit/evaluation work, board decision, and policy-backed archive.
Guided cycle dashboard, application packages, digital forms, BBO/FBO evidence rooms, and export-ready reports.
Evaluation pipeline, findings support, evidence access, visit context, and controlled review surfaces.
Team assignments, review controls, board pipelines, final decisions, retention-aware archive records.
Nextcloud-native authentication, app-level RBAC, structured database entities, file storage, and bilingual UI.
AccrediX replaces the patchwork of e-mails, spreadsheets, and Drive folders with one coherent platform, covering every role and every stage.
No open self-registration. Institutions join via reference codes and require admin approval — only verified participants enter the system.
ÖDR and all MÜDEK annexes digitised in-platform. Structured forms with auto-validation replace error-prone Word templates entirely.
Department (BBO) and Faculty (FBO) level workspaces with role-based access. Structured evidence indexing per programme — no more scattered files across emails and Drive.
Step-by-step workflow with contextual info cards at every stage. Applicants and evaluators always know exactly what's next — without reading hundreds of MÜDEK pages.
Every stakeholder — institutions, evaluators, governance boards — sees live accreditation progress from a single dashboard. No more status e-mails.
Provisional Decision Forms, SBO reports, and archive documents are generated automatically from structured data — ready to export with one click.
Watch the full platform walkthrough — from institution onboarding to the final accreditation decision.
AccrediX covers the complete MÜDEK accreditation lifecycle in a single, uninterrupted flow.
Institution fills ÖDR, annexes, and SBO forms digitally and submits to MAK
MAK officials review the application and assign an evaluation team
The evaluation team reviews evidence and decides: accept, request revision, or reject
On-site evaluation conducted by the assigned team at the institution
Team completes the Provisional Decision Form and submits findings to MAK
MAK officials deliberate over findings and determine accreditation status
The official decision is formally communicated via a platform record
Complete accreditation record archived with defined retention and audit policy
A modern, full-stack architecture running entirely within a self-hosted Nextcloud instance — no external cloud dependencies for your data.
Platform Admin, Governance Board, Organisation Admin, Evaluator, Applicant — each with distinct permissions enforced at every API call
DOMPDF and TCPDF generate Provisional Decision Forms, SBO reports, and archive packages directly from structured domain data
Evidence files are uploaded, linked, and versioned through Nextcloud's native Files API — no custom storage backend required
Leverages Nextcloud's session and user management — institutions use their existing campus Nextcloud accounts with no extra login
