We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email, age, gender, and health-related preferences. Through connected wearable devices, we collect biometric data such as heart rate, HRV measurements, PPI (pulse-to-pulse intervals), and activity data.
Your data is used to provide personalized health insights and stress analysis, generate recovery and wellness recommendations, improve our machine learning models for better accuracy, send relevant notifications and alerts, and maintain and improve the App's performance.
All personal and health data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement access controls, regular security audits, and monitoring to protect your information.
We do not sell your personal health information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for research purposes. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the App, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
You have the right to access your personal data at any time through the App, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and all associated data, export your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent for data processing.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized data used for research may be retained indefinitely.
HRV-4 is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
The App may use local storage and analytics tools to improve your experience. We collect usage data such as feature interactions and session duration. No third-party advertising trackers are used.
We will notify you of significant changes to this Privacy Policy through in-app notifications. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
