HRV-4 is a health monitoring application that tracks Heart Rate Variability (HRV) data through connected wearable devices. The App provides stress analysis, recovery insights, and personalized health recommendations based on your biometric data.

3. Medical Disclaimer

HRV-4 is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The data and insights provided are for informational and wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Data Collection and Use

By using the App, you consent to the collection and processing of your health data, including HRV measurements, heart rate, stress scores, and activity data. This data is used solely to provide and improve the App's services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer the App, or use the App for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by HRV-4 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

HRV-4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
