Percept Class

Percept	none	constructor	Default constructor for Percept class. It sets scores to zero and initializes a ball object.
Percept	Ball, Player[], int, int, Highlight	constructor	Constructor for Percept class specifying the ball, players, scores of the teams and a highlight object.
